PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of readily and rapidly spraying a granular agrochemical into young seedlings 8 in a comfortable posture. SOLUTION: The base end of a pipe 1 is connected to a discharge pipe 4 of a power duster 3 and the pipe 1 is nearly horizontally extended on to the young seedlings 8 and plural nozzle holes 9 are bored at a distance in the direction of the length of the pipe 1 on the lower side of the pipe 1. Then, the upper end of skirt 2 having a width over total length of the pipe 1 is attached to both outside face of the pipe 1 and the lower end of two pieces of skirt are hang down to the vicinity of young seedlings 8 and plural partitions 13 extending in vertical direction are interposed between these two pieces of skirt 2.
