The aim of the invention is to develop railway telecommunication networks. In the first stage, the railway pillars are examined as to their load-carrying capacity. The cantilevers with take-off rollers are fixed to the pillars which have been recognised as suitable. The take-off rollers serve are used to line a technological cable under stress. A fibre-optical cable is connected to the technological cable and drawn out by means thereof through the take-off rollers at speed of 0.3-0.8 m/s with a maximum deflection but without touching the earth. After that, the fibre-optical cable is fixed to the pillars and stressed up to a value at 5-10 % exceeding a specified stress value. The fibre-optical cable undergoes this stress for a duration not less than 5 min. The supporting holders are then fixed to the pillars and the fibre-optical cable is moved from the take-off rollers to the supporting holders. The inventive method makes it possible to considerably reduce time and cost for developing the fibre-optical communication networks (in comparison with putting the cable in the earth).
|
