PURPOSE: An objective lens for high density optical focusing and optical pickup apparatus and optical disc adopting the same is provided to form a high density optical spot having super resolution by adopting an objective lens for high density optical focusing to realize high aperture with one lens. CONSTITUTION: A first permeation part(151) is located at near axis relatively against an optical axis and permeates the incidence light. A second permeation part(153) is arranged to be opposite against the first permeation part(151) and permeates the incidence light. A first reflection part(155) is formed to have negative power around the second permeation part(153), and focuses and reflects light which is made an incidence from the first permeation part(151). A second reflection part(157) is formed to have a positive power around the first permeation part(151), and focuses and reflects light which is reflected and made an incidence from the first reflection part(155), and goes towards the second permeation part(153).
