PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber ring mounting device, capable of reliably mounting a rubber ring in the specified position on the outer periphery of a pipe by a simple device structure. SOLUTION: This rubber ring mounting device is provided with a pair of rubber ring pinching members 13 having opening parts, through which a pipe can be inserted, and rubber ring extending members 14 for extending a rubber ring 11. The rubber ring extending members 14 can be moved to a contracted state, in which the rubber ring 11 in the natural state can be inserted and a extended state for extending the rubber ring 11 to the diameter larger than tat of the opening part of the rubber ring pinching member 13, and they are provided retractably in the opening parts. The rubber ring pinching members 13 are provided with extending member advancing grooves on the opening part peripheral edges and are formed so as to be moved to the approached positions for pinching the extended rubber ring and the separated positions for releasing the rubber ring.
