SOLUTION: A lid is fixed tentatively on a rest, while the lid is turned over, a package body is placed while the lid and a seal ring are overlapped, and the part between the seal ring and lid is pressurized. In the pressurized state, by the drive of the X-axis and Y-axis cylinders, the lid and the side of the seal ring are pinched and positioned between striking and positioning plates for heating fusion.
