PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent local stop of gas supply caused by a gas supply route clogged by water, which could deteriorate functions of a separator board, as a construction element of a solid high molecular fuel cell which has usually been a carbon plate with the surface area cut for forming a gas flow route. SOLUTION: A gas flow route of a separator is made movable.
