PURPOSE: A boiler has high heat efficiency and reduces running cost, failure rate and sized thereof. CONSTITUTION: Perforated plates(21) are fixed on the upper and the lower parts of a tank made to be a compressed container. Thermal storage material(7) made to be capsules is packed between the perforated plates(21). Water is packed between the thermal storage material(7). The thermal storage material(7) stores heat energy much more than water and releases latent heat as changed from solid to fluid and from fluid to solid. Water is circulated through the thermal storage material(7) by convection phenomenon.
