摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of media for wastewater treatment using loess as a main material is provided, which can decompose organic matters efficiently by activating aerobic microorganism, the activation being caused by radiating far infra red wave radiated from loess that is blended by 60-70wt.%. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) blending primary raw material substrate by mixing 60-70% of loess with a far infrared radiation rate of more than 90%, 20-30% of kaoline, 0.5-1.0% of germanium mineral powder and 5.0-8.0% of diatomaceous earth in a homogeneous mixer at 120rpm for 1-2 hours; (ii) blending final raw material substrate by mixing saw dust to the first step material; (iii) pasting by adding 20-30% of water to the prepared raw material and molding a hollow cylindrical form; (iv) drying the mold for 2-7 days at a place of air circulating; and (v) calcining it at 300-400deg.C for 2-4 hours, at 700-900deg.C for 4-10 hours, and at 1100-1200deg.C for 3 hours and cooling it.</p>
