PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an absorption hot and chilled water generator capable of suitably maintaining a solution level in a header of a high temperature regenerator in a predetermined range. SOLUTION: In the controller for an absorption hot and chilled water generator for holding a solution level in a high temperature regenerator 5 in a predetermined range under the control of a control unit 10, the unit 10 has one or more functions in combination of (a) a function of recorrecting the solution flow rate at a time point when the level is returned to the range by gradually decreasing or increasing the rate of the solution sending from the absorber to the regenerator after the solution from an absorber to the regenerator after sensing an upper limit or a lower limit of the range by a liquid level detecting sensor, (b) a function of subtracting or adding a predetermined amount of the rate of the solution to be sent from the absorber to the regenerator while sensing the upper or lower limit of the range by the sensor, and (c) a function of decreasing or increasing the rate of the solution to be sent from the absorber to the regenerator immediately if the sensor senses the upper or lower limit of the predetermined range.
