PURPOSE: A pulse charging control apparatus and a method of driving the same in batteries are provided to allow user to charge stably the batteries in case of hydrogen batteries by pulse charging when rechargeable batteries are full charged. CONSTITUTION: A pulse charging control apparatus includes a charging status control unit(30), a charging unit(10), a detecting unit(R41), and a constant current adjusting unit(20). The charging status control unit(30) outputs a signal to perform pulse-charging in case that the detected batteries voltage is less than the lower limit reference voltage or more than the upper limit reference voltage, and otherwise, a signal to perform fast-charging. The charging unit(10) outputs input power from the input power signal line to the batteries in pulse type if the signal to perform pulse-charging is input and input power from the input power signal line to the batteries according to the feedback signal if the signal to perform fast-charging and feedback signal are input. The detecting unit(R41) detects the output voltage from the charging unit and outputs the voltage as a voltage signal.
