PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a parallel multi-target tracking device capable of sufficiently exhibiting an effect of parallel processing and obtaining a load dispersion effect, by conducting static load dispersion for processing a function brought into a high load condition, in order to prevent a specified function from being brought into the high load condition when tracking processing wherein combination of an observation point and a target is taken into account is carried out. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a predicted area generating part 2 for predicting moving of the target as an area, a cluster generating part 3 input with the predicted area and the observation point to generate a cluster, a node dividing/integrating part 4 for generating a search tree as to the generated cluster to conduct division/integration for nodes of the search tree, plural task processing parts 5a-5d for conducting parallel processing for the divided individual nodes as a task, and at target track updating part 6 for receiving processed results processed by the respective task processing parts 5a-5d via the node dividing/integrating part 4 to update track information of the target.
