PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make executable appropriate illumination in accordance with a subject by improving the light distribution efficiency of a light source device for a film unit with lens using an incandescent lamp having a filament as a light source. SOLUTION: A light source light emitting part 30 is constituted of three incandescent lamps 25a-25c, reflectors 26a-26c, a light emitting part case 27 to hold them and a protector 28 to cover the front face of the light emitting part case 27. The incandescent lamp 25 is a cylindrical incandescent lamp obtained by sealing a tungsten filament together with inert gas in a cylindrical tubular glass tube. Light is not radiated in a direction in which the filament is extended like a general spherical incandescent lamp by using the cylindrical incandescent lamp.
