PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the voltage loss due to a circuit current. SOLUTION: The shut-down circuit that is connected between a power supply and a load 108 to apply or interrupt the power supply, consists of a shut-down transistor circuit section 101 and a drive circuit section 106. The device circuit section 106 is devided into a pre-stage circuit 102 and a final stage circuit 103, the pre-stage circuit 102 receives a power supply passing through the shut-down transistor circuit section 101 and the power supply is directly supplied to the final stage circuit 103. The shut-down transistor circuit section 101 receiving an external on/off signal makes an internal shut-down transistors conductive or non-conductive.
