PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can attain a financial transaction to a financial institution such as a bank on the Internet by processing safely a request on a PDN by means of the security software and transmitting this software only when a secure registering procedure succeeds. SOLUTION: An Applet 112 that is used for a specific purpose communicates with an ORSM 129 and is connected to a gate keeper port 130 via the forefront fire wall 170 and a VPN 160. The port 130 performs the IIOP and entrust/ session communication with the ORSM 129 and receives an IIOP request and the PKI security information. The ORSM 129 transmits a request that is ensured by mapping a data type from the IIOP to a DEC element to a DCE application server 124. A customer accesses a security environment on the Internet and can perform his/her desired financial transaction via a server of a financial institution.
