PURPOSE: A kimchi case for a refrigerator and a production method are provided to keep the taste and freshness of kimchi for a long time by using elvan and to maximally suppress smell generated upon keeping the kimchi case in the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi case(40) and a side dish case are formed in a square shape and comprise an upper cover, an adhesive and a lower container(54). To produce the kimchi case, elvan is crushed. A mixture mixed with jade, granite, yellow earth and silica is mixed with the elvan at the wt% ratio of 60:40 to 80:20 and kneaded. The kneaded material is molded into a specific shape and dried. Then, the molded product is processed in a pot at 1,250 to 1,350 deg.C for 12 to 15 hours.
