PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor wherein a clutch is provided between a rotating shaft and a worm shaft to control deviation of center between these rotating shaft and worm shaft. SOLUTION: A commutator 15 integrally rotating with s rotating shaft 13 is fixed to such rotating shaft 13 of an armature 14. The commutator 15 allows integral formation of a driving side rotating part 23. On the other hand, the worm shaft 26 interlocking with the rotating shaft 13 allows integral formation of a driven side rotating part 24. This driven side rotating part 24 is engaged with a driving side rotating part 23. A housing 22 forming a clutch mechanism 21 allows integral formation of a housing part 27 for accommodating the driving side rotating part 23 and the driven side rotating part 24, and a worm bearing part 28 supporting the worm shaft 25 for rotation. The clutch mechanism 21 transfers rotation to the worm shaft 26 from the rotating shaft 13 depending on the engaging condition between the driving side rotating part 23 and driven side rotating part 24 in the housing part 27 and rejects transfer of rotation to the rotating shaft 13 from the worm shaft 26.
