PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock device for maintaining accurate time by constantly receiving the signal of the same satellite at a fixed location. SOLUTION: Since a stationary satellite such as a transportation multi-purpose satellite transmits the same time information as a GPS, an antenna 1 receives the time information. A signal that is received by the antenna 1 is set to an intermediate frequency signal through an analog signal-processing circuit 2, and the intermediate frequency signal is inputted to a digital signal- processing circuit 3 to acquire time information and is inputted to a CPU 4. The CPU 4 calculates time using the inputted time information. After the CPU 4 calculates time, it corrects the time of a clock circuit 7. By storing the time difference information between local time and UTC time at a region for use in a ROM 5 and a RAM6 in advance, the local time is obtained, thus correcting the time of the clock circuit 7. |
