PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature dependency of an MR ratio of a change rate in magnetic resistance and to improve heat resistance. SOLUTION: A magnetoresistive film 11 comprises a regular antiferromagnetic layer 1, a solid magnetic structure 2 bonded thereon, a non-magnetic conductive layer 3, and a free magnetic layer part 4 having at least one magnetic layer. The solid magnetic structure 2 has a multilayer film structure including one or more three-layer structure, which is constituted by a first ferromagnetic layer 21, a non-magnetic intermediate layer 23, and a second ferromagnetic layer 22. Further, the first and second ferromagnetic layers are parallel with each other in a magnetization direction, or parallel components are included therein.
