<p>PURPOSE: To provide a composite winding component which can be assembled easily and whose size can be reduced by forming windings for a transformer and a choke coil at the same time and constituting the transformer and the choke coil with one and the same component. CONSTITUTION: A closed magnetic path 3 and an open magnetic path 4 are formed by combination of a rectangular frame shaped core 1 and an I-shaped core 2. The I-shaped core 2 is so located that it may be extended over short sides 1b, 1c which face each other or long sides 1d, 1e which face each other of the frame-shaped core 1, with its one end projecting outside the frame-shaped core 1. A winding 7 for a transformer is formed at a part of the I-shaped core 2 which is in the closed magnetic path 3 and a winding 8 for a choke coil is formed at a part of the I-shaped core 2 which is in the open magnetic path 4. Two closed magnetic paths are formed with a combination of the rectangular frame-shaped core 1 which has a central leg section at the center and the I- shaped core 2. The winding 7 for the transformer is being formed at the part of the I-shaped core 2 which is in one closed magnetic path and the winding 8 is being formed at a part of the I-shaped core 2 in the other closed magnetic path.</p> |
