PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve living property in a cabin and to reduce an impact load to the lumbar vertebra of a seat-taking person by utilizing the back surface side of a seat back as a table. SOLUTION: The upper parts of both side part frames 16 are formed to be high in rigidity and the lower parts of both of the frames 16 are formed to be low in rigidity. A connecting frame 18 is formed of a pipe of a small diameter which is not stronger than the frame 14. The frame 18 is formed at a position opposed to the lumbar vertebra of a seat-taking person. An impact is absorbed by the frame 18. The arm 23 of a reclining system 21 is formed of a lower arm 25 pivotally supported by a base 21 and an upper arm 27 pivotally supported by the arm 25. A recess part 19 is formed on the outer side of the lower part of the frames 16. The lower part of the arm 27 is housed in the part 19 and the upper part of the arm 27 is fixed to the intermediate position of the frame 16.
