The invention relates to silane polycondensation cross-linking polyurethane materials containing at least one alkoxysilane functional polyurethane, at least one basic filler, at least one conversion product of an amino silane with a maleic acid ester or a fumaric acid ester, at least one organometalli c compound, and optionally containing additional auxiliary agents. The inventi on also relates to a method for producing said polyurethane materials and to th e use thereof.
