The invention relates to a cross beam (10) for lifting a loaded item (1) comprising a lifting cable suspension (11) which is arranged on the cross beam (10), which can be displaced in the direction of said cross beam, and which is provided for equalizing the center of gravity in a longitudinal and transversal direction. The inventive cross beam also comprises a rigging of the loaded item (1) which is adapted to the displacement of the center of gravity (7). According to the invention, the rigging has a displaceable tackle cable connection (15) which is located between the loaded item (1) and the cross beam (10), and which enables a specific adjustment of an angle alpha between the axis of the cross beam (10) and that of the loaded item (X), whereby the cross beam (10) can pivot in a horizontal plane (X, Y) around a hinge pin (8) that is arranged at a distance from the axis of the center of gravity and can be slued to effect a transversal displacement of the center of gravity (7). |
