PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely keep locking state by consisting of a bolt main body comprising a tapered hole where a penetration hole is enlarged and a slit at a lower end part, an axial bolt with a head part to be inserted into the penetration hole, a cone-shaped piece to be irrotationally fitted into the tapered hole, a detent pin for the axial bolt, and a latching ring thereof. SOLUTION: A bolt main body 1 comprises a penetration hole 7 having an axial bolt 2 passed therein at the center thereof, and provided with a tapered hole 9 at a lower end part thereof and slits 11 at several places in the coordinating direction with the tapered hole 9. When the bolt main body 1 is combined with the axial bolt 2 and a cone-shaped piece 3 and screwed into a female screw body followed by hooking a wrench to a polygonal hole 16 and turning the axial bolt 2 to attain deeper screwing with the cone-shaped piece 3, the cone-shaped piece 3 move upward to enlarge the tapered hole 9 and the lower end part of the bolt main body 1 is farther opened. A pin 4 is then dropped into a position where a vertical groove 17 of the bolt main body 1 is coincided with a vertical groove 18 of the axial bolt 2, and a latching ring 5 is fitted to a horizontal groove 19 of the bolt main body 1 so as to prevent the pin 4 from slipping off. Looseness is thereby never generated even when being mechanically vibrated.
