PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abnormal output signal from being outputted in constitution where the signal of a different output form is outputted in accordance with an output signal from a D/A converter. SOLUTION: In an initial state where first and second switches 12 and 14 are turned off, a third switch 22 is turned on and a D/A converter 11 is connected to an output stabilization resistor 23. When an output command is given to the D/A converter 11 in the initial state, current from the D/A converter 11 flows in the output stabilization resistor 23 and is stabilized. Thus, current or voltage can stably be outputted from respective output terminals 13 and 21 by changing over the switch from such initial state. Since the gain resistor 20 of a non-inversion amplification circuit 15 is bypassed by the turn-on of a fourth switch 24 in a state where the second switch 14 is turned off, 0 V is outputted from the non-inversion amplification circuit 15.
