<p>An intravaginal absorbent urinary incontinence device for the prevention of involuntary urination includes an absorbent pessary member (2) for absorbing urinary leakage, at least one structure (4) carried by the member for supporting at least one of the bladder neck and bladder, when the member is inserted in the vaginal canal. A process for preventing involuntary urination by supporting at least one of the bladder neck and bladder with an intravaginal absorbent urinary incontinence device while concurrently absorbing urinary spillage with an intravaginal absorbent pessary member.</p> |
