PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dust explosion test device for obtaining an accurate explosion evaluation by uniformly dispersing powder (fine particles) being blown into the internal space of a pressure container over the entire portion of the internal space. SOLUTION: A powder reflection dish 6 where a reflection port 7H that is connected to an outlet 4A' is opened is provided near the outlet 4A' where compression air is blown into a pressure container 1. An inner-periphery edge 7A of a reflection port 7H is allowed to rise in a direction where compression air is blown, air flow that is blown from the outlet 4A', hits against a dispersion umbrella 8, and is reflected for returning is dispersed and blown into an inner space 1H along the inner-periphery end 7A, and power (dust) is dispersed into the internal space 1H by the dispersion air flow.
