PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the noise in rotation with excellent surface smoothness and hardly cause a galling by performing a molding by use of a plastic composite material consisting of plastics such as modified polyphenylene oxide or polyacetal and potassium titanate whisker contained therein. SOLUTION: A cross flow fan of the type for passing a gas through a multilayer type impeller 1 within the section right-angled to the axis is injection molded by use of a plastic composite material consisting of plastics such as modified polyphenylene oxide 3 or polyacetal and potassium titanate whisker 4 contained therein. The potassium titanate whisker 4 has high strength, high elasticity and high aspect ratio and exhibits excellent reinforcing performance. Since the dispersed state of the potassium titanate whisker 4 in the plastics is micro and uniform, even a thick part or narrow part can be reinforced in micro unit, and a more precise and thinner molding can be performed.
