PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered roller bearing capable of improving working performance, facilitating automatization of assembly and shortening assembling time by a user. SOLUTION: A collar part 39 to make contact with a large diametrical side end surface 37b of a tapered roller 37 is projectively provided on a large diametrical side track end part of an inner ring 33 on a bearing furnished with the inner ring 33 having a conical inner ring track 33a on an outer peripheral surface, an outer ring 35 having a conical outer ring track 35a on an inner peripheral surface and a plural number of the tapered rollers 37 interposed free to roll between the inner ring track 33a and the outer ring track 35a. A peripheral groove 41 is formed on a small diametrical side track end part of the inner ring 33. A stop ring 43 made of an elastic body and having a lip 45 to slide on a small diametrical side end surface 37a of the tapered roller 37 is fitted in the peripheral groove 41.
