PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a step, and to simplify a production process by constituting the step (a step and a rear structure part) of a hollow resin mold having upper layer forming parts, lower layer forming parts, a hollow part and a superposed part. SOLUTION: A traveling machine body has a step 8 for forming a footing of a boarding part and a rear wheel fender 9 for forming a rear part of the boaring part by being positioned above rear wheels. These step 8 and rear wheel fender 9 have upper layer forming parts 8a, 9a, lower layer forming parts 8b, 9b, connecting vertical wall parts 8c, 9c and a hollow part A surrounded by these, and also has a superposed part B of a resin raw material for superposing the upper layer forming parts and lower layer forming parts 8a, 9a, 8b, 9b. The step 8 and the rear wheel fender 9 are integrally constituted of a hollow resin mold by blow molding. Strength can be enhanced by forming these hollow part A and superposed part B. Thus, weight of the traveling machine body can be reduced, and a production process can be simplified. |
