PURPOSE: A color modulation organic light emitting device is provided to emit various colors having a wavelength ranging from green to red. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device includes a glass(1), an ITO electrode layer(2) which is an anode transparent electrode layer, a hole transfer layer(3), a light emit/electron transfer layer(4) and a metal electrode(cathode) layer(5). The glass, the ITO electrode layer, the hole transfer layer, the light emit/electron transfer layer and the metal electrode layer are consecutively laminated and driven by being connected to a power source(6) of DC or pulse type. A polymer, such as polyimide, which has a thermal and structure stability is used as a host material and a hole transfer material is used as a guest. During manufacturing the hole transfer layer of the organic light emitting element, the host-guest structure is generally used for the purpose of maintaining the stability of the hole transfer layer. Triphenylamine compound as the hole transfer layer(3) is mixed with the electrically nonconductive polyimide compound at a weight ratio of 50:50 to 5:95.
