PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment of an oil level gauge guide in a support structure of the oil level gauge guide. SOLUTION: This support structure of an oil level gauge guide is composed of a pipe joint 4 for fastening the proximal end part of a second pipe 21 to a first guide pipe 11 coaxial with each other, a bracket 22 coupled to the second guide pipe 21, and a stay 22 fastened to the bracket 22 by means of a bolt 46, the stay 7 being fastened to a flywheel housing 6. In this arrangement, the bracket 22 is formed therein with an elongated hole 25, through which the bolt 46 pierces and is also formed thereon with a protrusion 23 adapted to be engaged with the stay 7 so as to check the bolt 46 from rotating, relative to the bracket 22.
