PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy dismounting of a binding tool, which is installed on the inner surface side of a cover body. SOLUTION: An outside member 15 and a second outside member 16 are arranged on the outer surface side of a backbone 11, on the inner surface side of which a plurality of binding tools 17 are arranged. The respective binding tools 17 can be installed by engaging with hooks and an engaging shaft part, which are respectively formed on the inner surfaces of the respective outside members 15 and 16 so as to pass through the backbone 11. Under the state that the binding tools 17 are installed, the projections of the tongue pieces provided in the base regions of the binding tools 17 can engage with the recessed parts formed in the stopper engaging parts of the outside member 15, resulting in preventing the binding tools from coming out or falling off. Further, in each tongue piece, an operating part 47 is provided. By pressing the pressing operation surface of the operating part 47, each projection can be fallen off the recessed part, resulting in allowing to dismount the binding tool 17.
