The instrument can be applied in orthopaedic surgery for a depression type of condyl fractures of the tibia. It includes a handle (1) to which one of the ends of an elongated body (2) is fixed having a hole (3) through which a Kirschner needle (4) can freely pass. Body (2) is straight, hole (3) for needle (4) gets along its longitudinal axis, and in its free end it is fix-connected to an endpiece (5) which is a hollow body the front (6) of which has a diameter of at least 8 mm and axial hole (7) coaxial to the hole of body (2). 1 claim, 5 figures
