PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a bowl face and remove evacuation even when an amount of washing water is decreased by giving a self-cleaning function for oily fouling on at least the bowl face of a toilet stool. SOLUTION: A number of discharge ports (rim holes) 1 are drilled on the rear face of a rim part existing on the peripheral edge part of a western style stool to discharge washing water from the rim holes 1. Washing water discharged from the rim hole 1 is flowed via a bowl face 2 or a bowl face 3. The bowl faces 2 and 3 are surface-reformed so as to have a self-cleaning function for oily fouling. For instance, at least the bowl faces 2, 3 of the stool are constituted of an amorphous substance, surface roughness Ra measured by a probe contact surface roughness measuring device (JIS-B0651) is less than 0.05μm, and covered by a cover coat containing a metal component whose valency is monovalent or/and a metal component whose scale of electric negativeness of poling is 1 or less. Furthermore, the bowl face preferably contains antibacterial metal.
