PURPOSE: A lid of an electric cooking appliance that is easy to be manufactured and consists of minimum number of parts is provided. CONSTITUTION: A lid of an electric cooking appliance is hinge-connected to a container-supporting housing for housing a cooking container and comprises an external cover(1) and a lid-bottom plate, wherein the lid-bottom plate has a container-isolating surface for isolating the container, hinges(11, 17) moving portion and a fixing device(16) for fixing the lid on the container-supporting housing, where the container-isolating surface and the hinges(11, 17) moving portion are molded or heat-molded as one unit by heatproof plastic materials.
