PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ventilating resistance of a disk side in a flow path between blades, and improve a wind quantity performance by arranging a ring part for fixing an end part of an opposite side of a part joined with a disk plate of each blade, and arranging an impeller blown out from both side directions of the blades, and a scroll casing for housing the impeller. SOLUTION: An impeller 1 is provided with a disk plate 2, a plurality of blades 3 radially disposed from a center shaft of the disk 2 toward an outer peripheral part, and a ring part 4 for fixing an end part of an opposite side of a part joined with the disk 2 of each blade 3. A scroll casing 5 for housing the impeller 1 is provided, and is provided with a suction port of a center side and a blow-off port 6. The disk 2 side of the blade 3 is not closed by the disk 2, and a blow-off operation is carried out (B) from the disk 2 side of the blade 3. A flow path length in the disk 2 side of the flow path between blades 3 is shortened, and ventilating resistance is reduced. Blow-off from the disk 2 side of the impeller 1 is induced to the axial direction space between the scroll casing 5 and the impeller 1, and a wind quantity is improved.
