<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tilt hinge which is small, whose diameter is small, which can obtain a high friction torque and whose structure is simple. SOLUTION: This tilt hinge is composed of a first bracket 1, which is attached to one out of a device body A and an opening and shutting body B which is attached to the device body A, capable of being opened and shut. In addition, the tilt hinge is composed of a pipe body 2, which is attached to the shaft support plate of the first bracket 1 on one end part and which has a friction-torque generating hole at the pipe-shaped inside. In addition, the tilt hinge is composed of a second bracket 3, which is attached to the other out of the device body A and the opening and shutting body B, which is attached to the device body A. In addition, the tilt hinge is composed of a spring pin 4, which is attached to the shaft support plate of the second bracket 3 in one end part.
