PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a facility cost and an operation cost simply with a small size by providing a gate cutter and an air diffusing port near the cutter at a box having an air suction port covering a periphery of a gate runner, diffusing the air simultaneously upon cutting of the gate, and sucking and recovering the gate via the suction port. SOLUTION: The molding 1 is set at a predetermined position on a receiving jig 2, and a box body 3 of a cutter of a gate runner 8 is descended. The runner 8 is automatically disposed between cutting edges of a nipper 4 in the apparatus in the state that the runner 8 is stopped on the jig 2. When descending end of the body 3 is sensed, the edges of the nipper 4 is automatically closed to cut the runner 8, and the runner 8 is blown up in the box by an air flow from an air nozzle 5. An air suction unit 7 is operated to suck the air in the body 3 through a circular hole 10 to recover the runner 8. A size or the like of a suction port is decided with a lateral size of the runner 8 as a reference. Thus, the overall apparatus can be reduced in size, and a facility cost and an operation cost can be saved. |
