PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get rid of bleeding of additives after film forming and improve the surface smoothness by forming a film from a synthetic resin comprising mainly an ethylene copolymer and containing a silicone oil and a lubricant. SOLUTION: A composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. synthetic resin containing 100 pts.wt. ethylene copolymer and at most 50 pts.wt. of other synthetic resin with 0.01-5.0 pts.wt., preferably 0.05-2.0 pts.wt., silicone oil of the formula, 0.01-2.0 pts.wt., preferably 0.05-1.0 pt.wt., lubricant, and if necessary, additives such as an antistatic agent, a pigment, a liquid stabilizer, an antioxidant, a flame retardant, a heat stabilizer, an antibacterial agent, a mildewproofing agent and a filler. This composition is fed between calender rolls to form a film at 110-160 deg.C, thus giving a film almost free from tack event when the temperature of the calendar rolls is low. In the formula, R is alkylene; and POA is polyoxyalkylene. |
