PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication method, adopting the ID- NIKS of power-product type which high security, where a secret key generating function and a key common use function is incapable of separation and a commonly shared key is possible from a probabilistic view point. SOLUTION: A center 1 generates a secret key (vector s) through a power product arithmetic operation using a public key specific to each entity, based on of ID information of each entity and a random number of each entity and transmits the generated secret key to each entity. Each entity conducts power product arithmetic operation using the received secret key specific to each entity and a public key of an entity being a communication object that is open to the public to eliminate the effect of the random number specific to each entity, thereby generating a commonly key shared, in common between two entities, used for encrypting a plain text into an encrypted text or vice versa.
