PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a projectile, e.g. a rocket, having front and rear bodies coupled each other in which operational reliability is enhanced by providing a coupler including a unit for cutting a clamp band clamping the coupling part with small quantity of explosive without projecting from the outer surface of the projectile. SOLUTION: A projectile having front and rear bodies 11, 14 coupled integrally through a clamp band 20 using a fastener provided at a coupling part 12 is flied. When it arrives at a predetermined position and the bodies are uncoupled, an electric detonator 25 receiving a firing signal through a connector 27 is fired. Explosion is transmitted immediately to an explosive, i.e., LSC(linear shaped charge) 24, through a transmission explosive 26. The LSC 24 generates an aluminum jet flow moving at a high speed from a substantially V-shaped valley while exploding. An upper cover arranged above a void 28 is thereby blown off, the clamp band 20 is cut off and then the front and rear bodies 11, 14 are separated.
