PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video projecting device capable of forming a video in space where a projection surface (screen or the like) does not exist. SOLUTION: A video from a projector 10 is projected on a primary screen 20. This video is clearly reflected on the back surface of the screen 20 as a video 30. The video 30 is reflected on the surface of a secondary screen 40, so that it can be viewed by a person 60 looking toward a place where the screen 40 is installed. Since the screen 40 is transparent, the person 60 views the video reflected from the screen 40 as a virtual image 50 in the space, where the screen does not exist together with a landscape or the like as viewed via the screen 40. The image 50 is viewed in the screen separated from the screen 40 by a distance (1) from the screen 40 to the screen 20. With such a constitution, video can be projected in the space where the screen does not exist.
