PURPOSE: An Engine oil non-return apparatus for vehicles is provided to prevent wear of cam shaft of cylinder head occurring upon initial start of engine. CONSTITUTION: An Engine oil non-return apparatus for vehicles is to store engine oil on an oil passage hole(18) of a cylinder head(16) duly mounted on upper portion at a long distance from an oil fan(12) of engine(10). The engine oil non-return apparatus comprises a stopper(30) press-fitted into the oil passage hole(18) of the cylinder head(16), the center of the stopper(30) being piercingly formed with different diameters along its longitudinal direction so as to be capable of storing oil returning toward a cylinder block(14), the stopper(30) also having a first stopper hole(40) formed at a certain diameter on the upper portion of the stopper and a second stopper hole(50) formed downwardly from the first stopper hole(40) at a certain diameter smaller than that of the first stopper hole(40), so that since the oil can be forced to deliver to all parts of cylinder head within a short time period upon operation of engine, wear of sliding portion of cylinder head is removed.
