PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient and epoch-making fruit peeling machine. SOLUTION: This fruit peeling machine is made up of a peeling section 1 for fruits, a conveying section 2 for conveying fruits to the peeling section 1, and a pre-processing section 3 for pre-processing a specified portion of each of fruits to a specified shape before conveying them; wherein the conveying section 2 is such one as to be equipped with a suction subsection 4 for sucking and holding a fruit, which, in turn, is furnished with such a structure as to blow out sucked matter such as astringent matter and tailings. |
