PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature drop of a molten synthetic resin and to improve a molding accuracy by providing a heat insulating member made of a material having low thermal conductivity and a resin passage at a contact part of a mold having a resin passage with a movable nozzle having a resin passage. SOLUTION: A protrusion 7b of a heat insulating member 7 of a mold 1 is brought into contact with an end of a nozzle 8 of a heating state, a resin passage 8a is matched to a resin passage 7d, a molten synthetic resin is injected in a cavity 6 through the passages 8a, 7d. Then, the nozzle 8 is separated from the mold 1, brought into contact with next mold 1, and similar operations are repeated and molded. The member 7 brought into contact with the nozzle 8 is formed of a ceramic material having excellent wear resistance and low thermal conductivity. Hence, a wear is low therebetween to provide a long lifetime. When the nozzle 8 is brought into contact with the member 7, a heat of the nozzle 8 of the heated stat is less released because of heat insulation of the member 7. Thus, a temperature drop of the molten synthetic resin can be prevented, a temperature change of the molten resin is reduced, and a molding accuracy can be enhanced.
