PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-chlorine type packaging material imparting characteristics such that a package formed by food packaging, especially, automatic food filling packaging is shrunk by heat treatment such as boil sterilization or retort sterilization and wrinkles and uneveness are hard to generate in the surface of the package in an adhesion packaged state and the package having surface gloss is formed. SOLUTION: At least two layers, that is, a layer of a heat-shrinkable film comprising a polyamide resin containing an aromatic diamine polymer or an aromatic diamine copolymer and a layer of a heat-shrinkable film comprising a polypropylene resin or a polyethylene resin are laminated by dry lamination to form a heat-shrinkable laminate for packaging food with the total thickness of 60μm or less.
