SOLUTION: Ventilation throating structure formed at the lower end of ventilation furring strips F is composed of a ventilation throating A made up of a long-sized ventilation member E, in which a recessed section E1 is formed along the longitudinal direction, a vertical plane- shaped fixing section, a throating surface formed by inclining and bending the lower end of the fixing section outwards and downwards, a projecting surface 7 inwards projecting the front end of a drooping surface formed by further extending the front end of the throating surface or the lower end of the fixing section and projected from the fixing section, and vent holes 9 shaped to the projecting surface 7 or the drooping surface at regular pitches and a dry type wall material B, in which male-female connecting structure is formed at an edge in the cross direction. The recessed section E1 of the ventilation member E is placed on the outside and the ventilation member E is abutted against the top face of a foundationγand fixed laterally, the lower ends of the ventilation furring strips F are abutted onto the ventilation member E and a plurality of the furring strips F are fixed onto a wall foundationαat regular pitches, the projecting surface 7 of the ventilation throating A is abutted against the top face of the recessed section E, the fixing section is fixed onto the wall foundationαby a fixtureβ, and the dry type wall material B is executed on the ventilation throating A.
