PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute the loads of a main processor consisting of multiple processors with respect to the mobile communication system including a mobile exchange center containing a plurality of base stations and a home position register and with respect to the subscriber data management method. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system includes a home position register 1, a mobile exchange center 2, base stations 3-1-3-m, and mobile stations 4-1-4-k. In the mobile exchange center 2, a main processor 5 and a plurality of call processing processors 6-1-6-n are interconnected by a bus 7, and a series of in-zone position resisters 8-1-8-n which store subscriber data sent from the home position register 1 in response to a position registration request from each mobile station are provided in respective call processing processors 6-1-6-n. When an idle area exist in an in-zone position register of the call processing processors receiving a position registration request, the subscriber data are stored in the in-zone position register, and when no idle area exists, another call processing processor is selected and the subscriber data are stored in the in-zone position register of the selected call processing processor.
