DEVICE OF AUTOMATIC WELDING FOR CIRCUMFERENCE

PURPOSE: An automatic welding device is provided to automatically weld and bond a cylindrical member to a deck. CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of: a cable supporting rod(32) formed vertically on one side of a frame(10); a cable entanglement preventing clamp(20) formed on the upper part of the cable supporting rod; an insertion groove formed on the cable supporting rod; a torch cable(22) inserted to the insertion groove; a torch left and right controlling slide(28) formed on the lower part of the cable supporting rod to move the torch to left and right; and a torch up and down controlling slide(24) formed on the upper part of the cable supporting rod to move the torch to up and down. Therefore, an automatic circumference welding is capable by installing the clamp for preventing cable entanglement to reduce the welding time and to improve productivity.
