PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch easy to be released from a mold, capable of being produced at a low cost and capable of giving skin feelings such as freshness, flexibility, comfortableness, or the like by bringing it into contact with the skin. SOLUTION: When an assembly 1 has a shell 2 having a basic part 4 and at least one compartment 3 surrounding the first opening 5 sealed with the first closing component 6, the rim part plane of which faces the basic part 4, the cosmetic or pharmaceutical patch of this invention comprises gelled matrix prepared by pouring a composition including at least one kind of hydrocolloid and at least one kind of active compounds in an aqueous phase into the compartment 3. The releasable patch made to have a shape of the compartment is held in the compartment 3 and forms the assembly 1 including a structural component esp. such as net, cloth, nonwoven fabric or perforated film in the gelled matrix.
